Shipments and returns

Warning : deliveries are suspended during the annual closure of the factory in Belgium from 23 december 2022 to 09 januray 2023 included.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If, for any reason you wish not to keep one or several ordered products, please read the following lines carefully.

You have 14days from the day of the receiving of your package to send it back in it's original packing for a change or payback.

Important! You must call us ahead so we can give you a returning number. This number must be apparent on the package you will send back.

No package can be accepted without this number!

All charges from your place to our locals are at your expense unless we made a shipment mistake on your purchase. In that case, and that case only, will we give you sending instructions and pay the charges back for our mistake.

The reimbursment of that (those) item(s) will be bank transferred and will be worth the item(s) at the moment they were purchased.

The way back for a change or payback may be through the mail or a private delivery, at your expenses and full responsability (in case of loss, steal or damage).

Make sure the sent-back items are in excellent condition and in their original packing. No items will be changed or reimbursted if it can't be sold again as is.

Please, carefully follow these instructions so we can procede to your change or payback as soon as possible.
